Revival Kanjivaram Korvai Saree In Athivaazhai Stripes Pattern MS Blue With Maroon

We are proud to bring this signature pattern back to our looms for the second time. Handwoven Kanjivaram Korvai saree is revived from the great legend carnatic singer Smt MS Subhulaksmi Amma’s (one of her collection). The body weaved in Vaalaipoo or Athivaazhai stripes (banana flower)pattern in blue and hue of maroon & blue and in between zari  lines. The contrast maroon border is highlighted with zari woven vanki lines and rudhraksha motifs as rettai pett concept. The muthu seer lines and pillayar rekku patterns, in between zari lines add lustre and shimmer to the maroon pallu, creating an understated masterpiece. Blouse complemented in same maroon shade.
